2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion
1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1-10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1-10 oz can enchilada sauce
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
15 corn tortillas-quartered
Preheat oven to 350. Cook beeef and onion in skillet. Add soups and sauce to beef. Greasse a 13*9 pan, layer tortillas, beef, and cheese like a lasagna. Cook for 35-45 minutes.
