Creamy Red Cabbage Slaw
1 lb. red cabbage, shredded
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. tarragon
1
Tbls
. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Combine ingredients,
cover
a
nd
refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
