Rice Pudding

3 eggs
6 Tbls sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk (1/2 c. nonfat milk to 3/4 c. water)
3/4 c. evaporated milk (2/3 c. nonfat dry milk to 3/4 c. water)
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbls. honey
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Place in 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 325* for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
